Scrutinise runs entirely on public information. Every analysis is built from published clinical trials and the public scientific literature. We do not capture, access, store, or use any commercially sensitive or confidential data from our customers to produce it.
Scrutinise (scrutinise.ai) keeps data collection to the minimum needed to run an early-access beta. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
When you compare a medicine, we collect the email address you enter and the two medicines you asked us to compare. When you request a review, we collect your email address, your company, the therapeutic area, and any optional note you add. We only collect what you type into these forms. Aside from the privacy-preserving analytics described below, we do not collect anything automatically.
To understand aggregate traffic, such as page views and referring sites, we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-preserving analytics tool. It does not use cookies, does not collect or store any personal data, and cannot track or identify individual visitors across sites or sessions. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not set non-essential cookies.
We use your email address only to send you the evidence library you requested and occasional updates about the Scrutinise beta. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
We send email through Resend, our email delivery provider, which stores your address on our behalf to deliver these messages. When you submit a form, your request is also delivered to our team through Slack, which we use to receive and respond to it. Both Resend and Slack operate in the United States, so your details are transferred and stored there. Our website analytics are provided by Plausible Analytics, which processes anonymous, aggregate usage data on our behalf and stores it within the European Union. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond these providers.
We keep your email address for as long as the beta runs or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to show, correct, or delete the data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. If you are in the EU, UK, or another region with data-protection rights, those rights apply and you may also complain to your local regulator.
If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use your email will be notified by email.
